Description
A cleaned up version of one of the photos on my contact sheet [link]. This one was by far the favorite of everyone I showed the contact sheet to, so I decided to deviate it.
Since my digital camera isn't very good at low light situations (lots of ugly pixelation) I tried doing multiple layers and doing a variety of different blurs on each layer then blending opacity to something that still looked realistic but not so pixelated. What do you all think?
This is my mother's peace lily that she got as a wedding present. Taken with a Canon Powershot A520 in a dark room with a LED flashlight as the light source.
