Improvement Meme (Updated 2014)

So, Yeah. Pretty self-explanitory. I have realized my art is aaaaall over the board, and I don't actually produce as much as I feel like I produce. I blame it on working as a designer; 90% of my creative energy (and projects finished) go into things that will never have my name on them.
